Product Description

When a lighting or control system carries more than power alone — RGB colour channels, a PWM dimming signal, a data line, and a ground all in the same run — a 2- or 3-pin connector is no longer enough. The M25 6-pin self-locking waterproof connector was built for exactly these multi-conductor outdoor applications, where six independent circuits need to reach a single fixture through one weatherproof field connection.

RGB & RGBW Outdoor Lighting Systems
Colour-tunable LED fixtures require separate conductors for red, green, blue, white, and return — five or six lines that most 3-pin connectors cannot accommodate. Using multiple connectors to compensate multiplies the number of potential ingress points and mismate risks. A single 6-pin connector carries the full colour signal set through one IP67-rated sealed interface, reducing both installation complexity and failure points in fountain, façade, and landscape colour lighting runs.
Outdoor LED Driver to Fixture Runs
LED drivers installed in roadside cabinets or underground enclosures often feed fixtures over cable runs exposed to ground moisture, traffic vibration, and seasonal temperature swing. A connector that loosens under vibration or wicks moisture through a degraded seal causes the entire fixture to fail — not the driver. The self-locking mechanism holds contact under continuous vibration without requiring re-torque visits, and the screw-clamp terminals maintain grip on conductors that expand and contract with temperature cycling.
Stage, Truss & Touring Production
Moving-head fixtures and pixel bar arrays carry power, DMX data, and sometimes additional control signals on the same cable loom. In touring production, these connections are made and broken at every venue. A 6-pin connector that self-locks on insertion and releases with a single deliberate action allows crew to work fast without introducing mismates — and the screw-clamp termination survives the mechanical stress of coiling and uncoiling cable runs night after night.
Industrial Multi-Signal Control Wiring
Automation panels, sensor arrays, and actuator wiring often require a mix of power, signal, and ground conductors that share a single cable entry point on field equipment. Routing six separate wires through individual glands or using multi-part connector assemblies increases assembly time and creates more sealing surfaces to manage. One M25 6-pin connector consolidates all six circuits through a single IP67-rated entry point on the enclosure, simplifying both initial wiring and field service.

Screw-clamp terminals accept a wide range of conductor sizes and are wired on-site with a standard screwdriver — no crimp press required. Available in male and female inline configurations. Custom pin counts, cable clamp sizes, and colour-coded variants available. CE and UL documentation on request.

  • Wire both ends on-site with a standard screwdriver. Supports phased installation and straightforward field repair without specialist equipment.
  • Mechanical keying ensures the 6-pin connector cannot be accidentally mated with a 3-pin or 4-pin unit on the same cable tray — critical where multiple connector types are present.
  • Dual O-ring interface maintains full ingress protection across repeated mate cycles — not just on first installation — suited to touring, seasonal, and maintenance-heavy deployments.
  • Withstands outdoor UV exposure, fertiliser aerosols, cleaning chemicals, and the full day/night thermal cycle without embrittlement or deformation.
