Our Advanced Manufacturing Process Flow

Material Selection & Centralized Automatic Feeding

The process begins with precise design planning to ensure optimal thermal and chemical bonding between components. To guarantee material purity and process stability, we utilize a centralized automatic feeding system. This automation eliminates manual contamination and ensures that high-performance resins, such as PEEK, LCP, or PPS, are delivered consistently to the machinery.

Insert Preparation & Precision Mold Setup

Preformed inserts are meticulously cleaned and pre-treated to ensure maximum adhesion. Our specialized molds, supported by over 1,000 sets of tooling experience, are constructed to accommodate complex geometries with tolerances as tight as ±0.005 mm.

Smart Injection Molding & In-Mold Monitoring

During the injection phase, the plastic material is heated and injected into the mold to encapsulate the prepared inserts. To maintain zero-defect standards, we employ real-time in-mold monitoring technology. These advanced sensors provide immediate feedback on pressure and temperature, allowing us to maintain precise control over injection parameters for every cycle.

Cooling, Solidification, & Robotic Retrieval

After injection, specialized cooling systems draw heat from the plastic to maintain the dimensions of the finished part. Once solidified, we utilize high-speed robotic arms for product retrieval. This automated extraction ensures delicate handling of the parts, preventing damage and maintaining strict cycle-time consistency.

Quality Control & Traceability

Our quality assurance is integrated at every stage, adhering to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. We perform advanced inspections using 3D X-ray CT, CMM, and AOI to verify micron-level accuracy. Every batch is logged into our full traceability system, providing detailed reporting and enhanced transparency for our global partners.

Ejection, Finishing, & Secondary Operations

Final parts are ejected and undergo necessary finishing, such as trimming or polishing. We also offer secondary operations, including laser engraving, pad printing, and basic assembly, to deliver a fully finalized product ready for immediate use.
